From Barbara Audley: The month is flying by and this will be our last meeting in October for 2009! Our speaker will be Sandora Amun from the County Triage Center. This is a place where people with serious but not life-threatening mental health problems go after hours. It is also the place where people go for sub-acute detoxification from alcohol and drugs. The center is viewed as an important achievement for our county. Following on the interesting program this past Tuesday about Drug Court, we will learn about this important service and how it addresses some serious problems in our county.
